~Shipping~

We do our best to ship within 2~ 4 days following receipt of payment. Shipping rate is based on the weight of the item and your zip code. We combine shipping if buying multiple items and ship USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Large orders UPS. International buyers contact me prior to purchase for shipping rate.

~Payment~

All major credit cards are taken through Paypal. We also accept Money Orders, and Personal Checks. Order will be held until check clears.

If you are not happy with your purchase please return it within 3 days after receipt and the money will be refunded to you, except shipping charges.

If you are not sure what type of wool or color to buy, you may request a swatch or purchase a wool sampler. Just write an email stating your mailing address and we'll send it to you.
